Excellent food, Treatment and very good service. It is a kitchen school and the best way to practice is to do it in reality. We were treated very well and we were very happy.

V&iacute;ctor and Noe are excellent hosts.  The food is a culinary experience in every single aspect.  Chef Victor explains the dishes to all guests.  Noe counts with deep knowledge on wines for any taste or if you prefer to match your wine with the food.  Considering that Trigo counts with a Michelin star, the prices are affordable.  Highly recommended any person who enjoys great food and wine.

Beautiful restaurant!! We loved the atmosphere and the food. We were served directly by the wine director and one of the chefs. Everyone was very knowledgeable and so friendly! We would definitely recommend it and will be back in the future!

Wide assortment of rices cooked individually with large portions. Dishes were well seasoned and service was prompt.

Comida excelente, Trato y servicio muy bueno. Es una escuela de cocina y la mejor manera de practicar es hacerlo de forma real. Nos trataron muy bien y estuvimos muy a gusto.

Muy recomendable. Calidad / precio de 10. No hay carta, solo dos men&uacute;s a elegir pero el sabor y presentaci&oacute;n de los platos es exquisita y bien elaborada. La carta de vinos es corta pero variada. La atenci&oacute;n es juvenil y correcta. El comedor es espacioso y las mesas son amplias. Tiene parking privado y gratuito aunque su entrada no est&eacute; claramente indicada para quien lo visita por primera vez. Nosotros seguro que volveremos.

La atenci&oacute;n del personal a sido muy agradable, nos sentimos muy c&oacute;modos y lo m&aacute;s importante la comida estaba muy Rica y bien presentada. Sitio para repetir sin duda.
